Third-Party Networks: We partner with providers such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Meta Ads. These partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to deliver relevant ads and measure performance.

Personalization & Privacy:

  • iOS: In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, we will request your explicit permission before tracking activity across other apps/websites.
  • Opt-Out: You may manage ad preferences via your device settings (Settings > Privacy).

Limitation: We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or services featured in third-party advertisements.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content within the Services—including game design, graphics, audio, code, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Saeta Tech Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

"As Is" Basis: The Services are provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saeta Tech Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or game progress.

7. General Provisions

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Amendments: We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
